Our aim:

Galah has created this annual prize to celebrate and support contemporary photography in regional Australia. Thanks to three generous patrons, there's $27,500 in prize money. Our aim is to grow the Galah Regional Photography Prize into a prestigious prize that can have a big impact on the careers of artists living in regional Australia.

To make this prize really special we need YOU. It’s so important for artists to connect with audiences. Whether you’re a collector or just want to have a look, we’d love you to come to the opening night party or the day for photographers and help put this Prize on the map.
